In the app. On the Home tab, tap your profile picture to open Account settings, then tap Help & support. Send us a message there and our replies show up in the same place. You can also tap Get help on the Premium plans screen.

By email. Write to support@playmakerswin.com from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password? We’ll email you a link to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account settings and tap Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its data and can’t be undone. It doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel Premium first (see below). Our privacy policy lists what’s deleted.

I subscribed but don’t have Premium

Sign in to the account you subscribed with, open the Premium plans screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If that doesn’t fix it, contact us.

How do I cancel?

Premium is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel with them:

• iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Playmakers Win and tap Cancel Subscription.
• Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Choose Playmakers Win and tap Cancel subscription.

You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, contact us and we’ll help.

Picks and grades

Why didn’t a game get a pick?

We only publish a pick when its edge is at least 1.5 points. When no line is good enough, the game is a pass. You can still read its analysis.

Why did a pick’s grade change?

A grade follows the best available line until kickoff. When the line moves, the edge moves with it, and so can the grade. At kickoff it locks. How grades work.

Can I place bets through Playmakers Win?

No. We don’t take bets and we don’t connect to sportsbook accounts.
